The Westminster College Art Gallery, currently featuring the alumni art show, offers a variety of art styles today through June 29. The gallery, located in Patterson Hall, is open Monday-Saturday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m.

Oil paintings such as "Grandparents at Play" and "Wilkes Barre at Dawn" are two of the four items created by Louisa "Kit" Jackson, a 1954 Westminster College graduate.

Mary Ann Klussmann, a 1964 graduate, has two quilts on display. "T is for Tex - A Sentimental Journey," which represents a special person in her life who lived in various states, and "Blue and White Memory Baskets - Daily Life at Westminster in the Early 1960s," which has photo transfers of Westminster College buildings, as well as scrapbook items saved from four years of college.

Cynthia Young, a 1984 graduate, displays her ceramic work "Camoflage Crow." Robert O. Davis Jr., class of 1977, features black and white photos, while cross-stitch is represented by Carey Anne Meyer LaSor, a 1986 graduate.

The above is representative of the 29 varied exhibits, which are free and open to display to the public. For more information, contact Mary James, director of alumni relations and 1984 Westminster College graduate, at (724) 946-7363, or e-mail mjames@westminster.edu.
