College Promotes 12 Faculty

Twelve Westminster College faculty recently received promotions.
Those promoted to associate professor are:
Dr. Larry Miller, chemistry, has been with Westminster since 2008. He earned undergraduate degrees from Case Western Reserve University and Ph.D. from Purdue University. He can be reached at 724-946-6290 or email.
Dr. Thomas Oberst, physics, joined the Westminster faculty in 2008. He earned an undergraduate degree from Duquesne University and a master's degree and Ph.D. from Cornell University. He can be reached at 724-946-7204 or email.
Dr. Daniel Perttu, music, has been with Westminster since 2008. He earned an undergraduate degree from Williams College, master's degrees from Kent State University and Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. He can be reached at 724-946-7024 or email.
Dr. Kristenne Robison, sociology and criminal justice studies, joined the Westminster faculty in 2009. She earned an undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College, master's degree from The Ohio State University and master's degree and Ph.D. from Syracuse University. Those promoted to professor are:
Dr. John Bonomo, computer science, has been with Westminster since 1998. He earned a joint master's and undergraduate degree from Catholic University and Ph.D. from Purdue University. He can be reached at 724-946-7287 or email.
Dr. Helen Boylan, chemistry, is a Westminster graduate who joined the faculty in 2001. She earned a Ph.D. from Duquesne University and serves as coordinator of Westminster's environmental programs. She can be reached at 724-946-6293 or email.
Dr. Amy Camardese, chair of Westminster's Department of Education, joined the faculty in 2001. She earned an undergraduate degree from Ohio University, master's degree from the University of Pittsburgh and Ph.D. from Kent State University. She can be reached at 724-946-7183 or email.
Dr. Edward Cohen, program coordinator for Westminster's Department of Political Science, joined the faculty in 1996. He earned an undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College and a master's degree and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He can be reached at 724-946-7304 or email.
Dr. Timothy Cuff, chair of Westminster's Department of Religion, History, Philosophy and Classics, is a Westminster graduate who joined the faculty in 2000.
