Faculty Forum Continues at Westminster College

Posted on Friday, November 7, 2003

Scott Renninger, chair and associate professor of physical education at Westminster College, will present Faculty Forum Wednesday, Nov. 19, at 11:30 a.m. in the McKelvey Campus Center Theater.

Renninger, who wanted to keep the contents of his talk a mystery, said, "I will say that I intend to talk about Turf. What is it?' and what do we do with it."

Faculty forum, established in 1990, serves as a venue for the exchange of ideas and information among Westminster College faculty. Speakers present their research, teaching ideas, lectures, performances, special programs, and uses of technology to keep faculty informed about the work of colleagues from many disciplines.

Renninger, who has been with Westminster College since 1978, is also head men's tennis coach and assistant football coach. He earned his undergraduate degree from Heidelberg College, and his master's from Eastern Michigan College.

The event is free and open to the public. For more information, contact Renninger at (724) 946-7311 or e-mail renninds@westminster.edu.
