Westminster Student to Give Voice Recital

Rachel E. Lange, a senior music and speech communication major from Cecil, will give her voice recital Sunday, Nov. 16, at 3 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel.

Lange's program, which will be accompanied on the piano by Westminster faculty member Hsing-Yi Lin, will include numbers such as "When I am Laid in Earth," "O delmio dolce ardor," "No so piu cosa son," "Kommt de Manchmal," "L'Heure Exquise," "Ladate Dominum," "None But the Lonely Heart," "Heart we will Forget Him," and "Come Rain or Come Shine."

Lange is a daughter of Michael and Doree Lange, and is a graduate of Canon-McMillan High School. While at Westminster, she has been a member of the Westminster Concert Choir, the Westminster Chamber Choir, and the Duquesne Concert Choir. Last spring she performed in Dr. Anne Bentz's (assistant professor of music at Westminster) production of Mozart's The Magic Flute.
