Financial Aid

Affordability

At Westminster, we are committed to providing an exceptional college education that is genuinely affordable. A four-year college degree is an investment in your future. Our Financial Aid team is dedicated to assisting you and your family as you navigate the process.

Admissions & Merit Scholarships

Each undergraduate student is offered a merit scholarship upon admission to Westminster based on their high school achievements. Check your acceptance letter for the name and amount of your merit scholarship. This amount reduces the amount of tuition you will pay each year. This scholarship is guaranteed and renewable each year.

Completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid or FAFSA is also critical to the financial aid process. The FAFSA is how you apply for federal student aid, such as grants, scholarships, and loans. Enter Westminster College’s school code 003392 on your FAFSA so that a copy of your completed application is sent to us. Based on your results, we will determine all the resources available to you and provide your individualized financial aid offer.

Update on the FAFSA and Financial Aid offers for Fall 2025:

In August, the U.S. Department of Education announced the 2025-2026 Free Application for Federal Aid (FAFSA) will be available to all students on or before December 1, 2024.

We will do our best to keep you updated as we receive information from the government. We also encourage you to routinely check your email associated with the FAFSA for any updates.
